This page is maintained by Yuvraj Verma to answer common security and privacy questions about this website ( yuvrajverma.lovable.app ) and engagements with ScaleSpark and Atelier Noir. It is editable project content, not an independent certification or third-party audit.
This is a public marketing and portfolio website for Yuvraj Verma, founder of ScaleSpark (AI automation) and Atelier Noir (apparel). The site presents written information, links to external stores and social profiles, and offers a contact form / contact details for inbound inquiries.
The website does not host user accounts, does not sell products directly, and does not store customer payment information. Apparel purchases happen on the Atelier Noir storefront operated by Creator-Spring under their own terms.
Contact submissions: When you email or message us, we receive whatever you choose to send (typically name, email, and your message). We use this only to reply to your inquiry.
Analytics: The site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and referrer. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
Hosting logs: Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) for operational and security purposes.
This site relies on a small set of trusted providers:
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and terms. We share only the minimum data needed for them to provide their service.
The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for traffic measurement. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings or via a tracking-protection extension without affecting site functionality.
Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. We avoid collecting sensitive personal data on the site itself and do not process payments through it. Administrative access to the site, analytics, and email is protected with strong, unique passwords and multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it.
For client engagements, ScaleSpark follows least-privilege access — we ask for only the credentials or API keys strictly required to deliver the agreed scope, store them in the platform's secret manager, and remove them when the engagement ends or on request.
Contact emails are retained in our inbox for as long as they are useful for ongoing conversations and historical reference. You can request deletion of your message and contact details at any time by emailing yuvraj.scalespark@gmail.com.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out using the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you believe you have found a security issue with this website, please report it privately to yuvraj.scalespark@gmail.com with steps to reproduce. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and respond.
This site is operated by an independent founder and is not currently covered by formal third-party certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI DSS. We aim to follow widely accepted privacy and security best practices appropriate for a portfolio and lead-generation site.
